Every part of my experience with TWC was exactly what every bride dreams of. I was so nervous about dress hunting being a size 14 and thinking it would be a difficult time for my self esteem. However, from the warm greeting from the elegant Victoria to floating up the stairs into a room of magic to the gentle, kind and creative assistance in finding a dream dress: every moment made me feel comfortable, safe and beautiful. The lovely Michelle also altered the dress so thoughtfully, and the day I took it home was like Christmas. I couldn’t be happier with my dream dress or my experience with TwC!

It is a place you simply just HAVE to visit because you are going to be treated like a real life princess. The whole process at TWC is so enjoyable! From the beginning, Veronica makes you not only feel welcome, but special. The only problem you will have at TWC is having too many good options to choose from because all of their dresses are stunning. The fittings are personal because you have the studio to yourself and you don't feel rushed (unlike other places). Veronica gives really good advice when you are struggling to choose and she also really listens to what you want. She also knows what you want before you even say it.

After I said yes to my dress, they were so professional with the alterations. They made sure everything fits perfectly and steamed and washed my dress beforehand. Michelle was so nice to work with as well.

I have recommended this place to all my friends who are getting married because they simply stand out above the rest with their service and the dresses are unique to other places. Thank you so much TWC & Veronica for being a part of my special day! ❤️

Honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience! I ordered my wedding dress a bit last minute and was feeling the pressure, but the Wedding Collective team was incredible from start to finish.
Veronica was warm, understanding, and genuinely excited to help me find the perfect dress—even with the time crunch. After Veronica moved to the Cape Town branch Tendai stepped in without hesitation and continued delivering an amazing service. The seamstress was absolutely amazing—so talented, so kind, and she made sure every detail was just right. I felt beautiful, comfortable and confident on my wedding day, and I owe so much of that to them.
On top of it all, the price was incredibly reasonable for the quality and service I received. This meant I was well within my wedding dress budget!

Visited The Wedding Collective this past Saturday and had a dream experience with the lovely Tendai. She truly made such a special moment even more memorable. Such a nice atmosphere, you wouldn't expect it but it's basically a whole room to yourself of dresses, you don't experience that "private" feeling at a lot of places, seeing various brides in the same space for several appointments, but here? You are the STAR 🤩 Tendai was amazing, super sweet and like she was a stranger, but it's like I knew her for years with how easily we chatted.

I just get a lump in my throat when I think about the end of our journey. For me, it is very important to build a connection when people cross your path, and nothing is by chance. You are absolutely the salt of the earth. I was childishly excited every time I walked into your place—not only because my dress was there, but also because of you, nice people too! I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything in the world.

Ora is on a level of her own—to me, it's so beautiful when someone uses their talent to the fullest. She is the best at what she does, and I will recommend her to anyone. I cannot emphasize enough how much I love my dress—I am absolutely in love with the dress and veil.

Veronica—she is the fairy godmother you never thought you would need until you meet her and then realize how valuable she is in your journey searching for your dream wedding dress. She just 100% gets the bride! And her personality is out of this world awesome! You can't help but fall in love with her personality after the first meeting.

Mari, you are a formidable businesswoman. Whatever you are doing is working, so just keep at it. You made the whole process very easy, and I didn't stress once. Your communication is excellent, and that's exactly what brides need.
