We invite you to book your TWC wedding dress fitting experience at one of our chic bridal studios located in Pretoria and Cape Town.
You can expect a warm welcome, celebratory drinks and your own private bridal fitting room at your appointment with us. Your dedicated TWC Bridal Stylist will introduce you to our unique product offering and will guide you through the best wedding dress styles to match your bridal vision. Don’t be surprised if you find your dream wedding dress with us in under an hour, our (current) record is 10 minutes for helping a bride find her dream dress!
*Please note that our collections are distributed between our branches. Please contact us if a specific dress is required for your fitting and allow a week for couriering the dress before your appointment.
Our Cancellation Policy is straightforward: Appointments that are cancelled will not be refunded. You may reschedule your appointment at no cost on a weekday. However, if you wish to reschedule for a Saturday, a new appointment must be booked on our website, and the Consultation Fee will apply.

Our wedding dress prices start from R26,000 - R60,000 for new orders with most in the R28,000 - R45,000 price range.
We have samples available to purchase off the rack from R20,000. We have a Rental Option on most dresses which start from R20,000.

Our standard lead time is 4 - 6 months on new orders. Ideally we suggest ordering your wedding dress with us at least 8 months before your wedding date.
This allows for time to produce and send the dress to South Africa, as well as 6 weeks to do alterations before your big day.

Rush Orders can be placed in most instances at an extra cost if your wedding date is 4 months out. Please note that an additional 4 weeks are required for alterations on your wedding dress.
Rush Orders are designer and dress specific and needs to be confirmed with the designer before we can confirm your order.

Yes we do! We offer rental options on a selection of our wedding dresses.

Less is more when it comes to finding your perfect wedding dress. We allow 2 guests to accompany the Bride at our appointments.

The majority of our sample wedding dresses are primarily in SA size 10 to 14.
We have a beautiful Plus Size collection available to try on sized between SA 20 - 24.
Every dress can be ordered in your required size to ensure the perfect fit.

Our priority is to create a meaningful, uninterrupted bridal experience. For this reason, we do not allow filming for during your bridal fitting.
We have found that removing the focus on cameras allows brides to truly connect with the dresses, the moment and the decision, without distraction or pressure.
We offer many exciting Social Media moments during our fittings for our brides which you are most welcome to post on your social media.
After you become a TWC Bride, you are most welcome to film content for your social media with us, Just let us know and we’ll book a time for you.

No. Filming or photography for social media content creation purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from The Wedding Collective.
To protect the privacy of our brides and employees, the integrity of our collections and our intellectual property, any unauthorised filming or distribution of content may result in immediate termination of the appointment and, where necessary, legal action.
