Please note that Bridal Studio 1 is up a steep staircase and is not wheelchair accessible.
We serve light refreshments for the bride and her guests during the appointment.
Guests: You are more than welcome to bring up to three guests with you to your fitting. We understand the importance of having your loved ones' support during this special time.
Children Policy: Due to the nature of the consultation experience, we kindly request that no children under the age of 10 years attend the appointment. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Rescheduling of Appointments: Rescheduling requests can only be accommodated if made 72 hours in advance. Please send your rescheduling requests to hello@theweddingcollective.co.za, and we will assist you accordingly.
Cancellations: A 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Should you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. Please send your cancellation requests to hello@theweddingcollective.co.za.
