Refund policy

Due to the Made-to-Order nature of our wedding dresses, all payments made are non-refundable.

Each dress and accessory is specifically ordered or selected for you, and as such:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Payments are non-transferable

• No returns or exchanges are accepted

We encourage all brides to be certain of their decision before placing an order.

In the event of purchasing a sample wedding dress, ensure that you are satisfied with the condition of the dress as all samples are sold Voetstoots. Samples are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact your Bridal Stylist to ensure the sample is still available before making your payment.
