Online Store Return & Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If however you are not completely satisfied, you can return your product and we will either replace the product or refund you. This is subject to below terms. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

Products can only be returned if the following guidelines are followed:

·      You return the item within 14 days of purchased

·      The item is in its original sealed condition

·      With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached

·      In an unworn, unopened and unused state

·      In original packaging – the product must be returned with its original box

If you do not comply with these requirements, The Wedding Collective reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.

Please note that there is a 4-8 week lead-time on all online store Reception Dresses by Olya Mak.

All dresses are FINAL SALE as each ordered dress is custom made to your size selection. Dresses ordered online cannot be returned or refunded.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a faulty product, please let customer service know within 24 hours from delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Online store dress size selection is very important, please make use of our Dress Size Chart to ensure you order the correct dress size. It is your responsibility to order the correct dress size. Ask a loved one to help confirm your measurements as incorrect size orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
