Do i have to make an appointment to try on your wedding dresses?

Yes, we operate on a By Appointment basis only. By booking a consultation, we can focus on providing a personal and exceptional bridal experience. At this time, walk-ins are not permitted but feel free to give us a call if you are interested in a same-day consultation.

Do you charge for your consultations?

Yes, our consultation fee is R500 for an hour and a half fitting. You may try on 6 - 8 of your favourite TWC wedding dresses during the appointment.

Our 2nd consultations are free Tuesdays to Fridays, and R250 on Saturdays to secure the appointment, the cost will be deducted from your wedding dress order.


where are you located?

We have 2 beautiful bridal studios located in Pretoria East and Cape Town City Bowl.


How many guests can I bring along to my fitting?

We can accommodate the bride plus a maximum of 3 guests at her wedding dress fitting. Regretfully, no children under 10 allowed.

When it comes to choosing a dress, more is not always merrier! Invite guests who understand your style, give supportive feedback, and will help you look your best. Hearing too many opinions can be overwhelming for even the most confident of brides, so keep the guest list short and sweet.

what is the price range of your wedding dresses?

Our wedding dress prices start from R28,000 - R65,000 for new orders with most in the R35,000 - R45,000 price range.


What is your order lead time?

We have a standard lead time of 4 - 6 months, the lead time is designer dependent. We suggest starting your wedding dress shopping at least 8 months before your wedding date in order to give yourself enough time to choose and order your perfect wedding dress.

If you do not have 4 - 6 months to order a wedding dress do not worry, we can still help you!

Depending on your timeline you can still order a wedding dress but with an added Rush Fee or you can buy or rent a sample wedding dress off the rack.


How does payment for my twc wedding dress work?

Once you have said YES to your dress a 60% non-refundable deposit is required upon placement of your wedding dress order.

The balance of your dress is payable within 7 days of its arrival at our bridal studio.


Do you offer an alteration service?

Yes we offer access to professional Alterations Services by the best seamstresses at an additional fee.

After you receive your wedding dress an appointment is booked with our seamstress who will determine the alterations necessary on your wedding dress.

You will be provided with a quote for the alterations needed, upon receipt of payment the alterations will be done.

We start with your alterations about 6 weeks before your wedding.
